SRC Holiday Party

It's Winter Holiday Time, so let's get together and have some fun without run clothes. 

We'll head down to Gastown and a member (Ivy) has booked out her party room. We'll have some drinks and nibbles. 

There are a couple of rules for the venue:

1. Max capacity is 50 people
2. We must return the space the way we received it

Dress Code - Nicer than run clothes, it doesn't need to be a suit and formal dress (although thats an option), we just want to get together and wear something nicer.

Booze - You're more than welcome to bring your own. But there will be some blue buck and Wize Spirits for sale at a $3 ahead of time or $5 at the event. Technically we are not allowed to have open alcohol in the area, so we'll have to be discrete. Bring your SRC cups or we'll have some plastic cups available.

After Party - After the party we'll head out to Portside in Gastown. We have a guestlist for 30 people for the night, but we need to get there before 10:30 to use it. This is first come first serve if you're interested in coming make sure you purchase the ticket with guest list. You'll still need to pay cover ($12). It's going to be a ton of fun.

Pricing + Access

Regular Member Access - Nov 2nd

• Due to the limited capacity the guestlist is limited to members who have attended run club (Premium and VIP members can buy an additional ticket for a +1, receive early access to the event registration and get a $5 discount for the event)

Regular Member +1 - Nov 16th

• If there is still space available, we'll open up tickets to regular members +1
